I brought it in for a random crash issue that had been re-occurring with my custom Level 2 gaming system that I bought at the Northwood store just under 2 years ago. I spoke with Scott Blake via facebook and brought it into the Jackman store. I'm happy with the repairs and I also did an upgrade to an SSD which I am also pleased with. I've used the system for a few weeks now and have not had any crashes at all.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I JUST SPENT ABOUT $1500 ON A NEW COMPUTER WITH YOUR COMPANY.  i JUST WANTED TO WRITE AND TELL YOU THAT IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING OUT GREAT.  GABE IS A GREAT ASSET TO YOUR TEAM.  I CAME IN THERE WITH A PROBLEM, AND NEEDED A SYSTEM THAT WOULD RUN A 15 YEAR OLD VERSION OF AUTOCAD.  GABE BUILT THE COMPUTER AND THEN FOUND OUT  THE PROGRAMS I NEEDED TO MAKE IT WORK.  I THEN BROUGHT IT BACK, AND HE INSTALLED EVERYTHING FOR ME.  THANKS FOR TAKING THE TIME TO LEARN A LITTLE ABOUT AUTOCAD, AND HOW TO DO THAT GABE.  EVEN THOUGH I THINK SPENT A BIT TOO MUCH FOR THE SYSTEM, I THINK IT WILL BE GOOD FOR QUITE SOME TIME, GIVEN HOW FAST TECHNOLOGY MOVES THESE DAYS.    THANKS AGAIN GABE.  I APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOU DID FOR ME!

I dropped off my laptop in Maumee, on Tuesday afternoon for expedited virus removal service and less than 24 hours later, the service was complete.  Obviously, that's a pretty nice turnaround, but not why I am writing this email.  My dad was released from St. V's at 6:45pm on Wednesday which meant I was there until then.  I am from Denver and had to fly out so I rushed to the store to pick up the laptop.  Noticing that I was still 4 miles away with a time of 6:59pm, I called the store and asked that someone please stay five minutes so that I could obtain my laptop and be on my way.  Nathan was that person and he said he could wait.  I know it is not ideal.  Everyone looks forward to that set time they can leave work and I had just extended his stay by probably 10 minutes. Please pass on my immense gratitude to Nathan.  He has no idea how horrible my week was, how many times I cried, and how very much I needed someone with compassion in the moment.
